TURNAROUND TIME

All orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days unless a preorder item is in your order. Our business days are considered Tuesday-Friday and your fulfillment time starts the day after your order is placed  

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items will be shipped through USPS either flat rate or priority mail depending on package weight. Priority mail packages will have $50 insurance. If you do not receive your package please contact your local post office then please contact us by using the customer service email. Tracking information will be emailed to you. 

•LOST PACKAGES•
Southern Magnolia Boutique is not responsible for lost packages. If you have a lost package please contact the United States Post Office.

•GENERAL INFORMATION•

•To be able to continue to bring affordable prices, only one discount can be applied per order and discounts can not be applied to sale items

•Preorders can take around one to three weeks depending on vendor. Turnaround time is just an estimate, SMB is not responsible for how long it takes vendors to get preorder items to us

**All bleached/distressed products are handmade and made one-of-a-kind with no two items alike. Due to the nature of the bleached solutions not guaranteed to match photo exactly, some discoloration may occur**
